NAR (National Association of Realtors) and others report Congress to introduce some type of legistlation to extend and expand the First Time Home Buyer Credit. Talk is regarding extending for 6 to 13 months and to make this available to all homebuyers.

Brokers tour took me to The Elizabeth located on 9th Ave between Flanders and Everett in the Pearl today.
